We are seeking a Event Specialist Admin to join our team within our Montreal office.

 

The ideal candidate will work proactively in:

  • Assisting in event planning and provide logistical event support
  • Assisting in the promotion and communication of events
  • Participating in the event
  • Maintaining the Partner events calendar
  • Maintaining partner events' scorecard to ensure data collection
  • Building and executing the registration process
  • Managing the event evaluation process
  • Providing event support
  • Order event materials
  • Performing administrative suites including budget support


Required skills and competencies:

  • 2 years work related experience required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a
  • fast paced environment
  • Public relations and event marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft products preferred
  • Must possess strong cross/team/group collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or communications preferred
  • The ideal candidate will have high energy, the capability to work with a
  • large diverse team and the ability to multi-task
