We are seeking a Event Specialist Admin to join our team within our Montreal office.
The ideal candidate will work proactively in:
- Assisting in event planning and provide logistical event support
- Assisting in the promotion and communication of events
- Participating in the event
- Maintaining the Partner events calendar
- Maintaining partner events' scorecard to ensure data collection
- Building and executing the registration process
- Managing the event evaluation process
- Providing event support
- Order event materials
- Performing administrative suites including budget support
Required skills and competencies:
- 2 years work related experience required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a
- fast paced environment
- Public relations and event marketing experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft products preferred
- Must possess strong cross/team/group collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or communications preferred
- The ideal candidate will have high energy, the capability to work with a
- large diverse team and the ability to multi-task
