We are seeking a Research Manager to join our team within our Montreal office.
The ideal candidate will work proactively in:
- Hiring, training and managing a team of researchers
- Motivating the team through effective management, coaching and
- ongoing training
- Creating, allocating and performance managing projects
- Monitoring staff performance to ensure they meet individual, team
- and project targets
- Scrutinizing all assignments to ensure data integrity
- Informing marketing managers on project progress
- Management of database, including collation, coding and cataloguing
- of all data
- Sourcing relevant targeted names for addition to the database
- Weekly reporting on detailed performance of department, as measured by
- call rates, quantities collected and quality of data
Required skills and competencies:
- Minimum 2 years experience in directly managing a team of 5+ individuals
- in a sales / call center environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a true team-player
- Excellent communicator, verbal and written
- Creative problem-solver, effective decision maker
- Outstanding organisational, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills
- Detail focused and analytically inclined
