We are seeking a Research Manager to join our team within our Montreal office.

 

The ideal candidate will work proactively in:

  • Hiring, training and managing a team of researchers 
  • Motivating the team through effective management, coaching and
  • ongoing training
  • Creating, allocating and performance managing projects
  • Monitoring staff performance to ensure they meet individual, team
  • and project targets
  • Scrutinizing all assignments to ensure data integrity
  • Informing marketing managers on project progress
  • Management of database, including collation, coding and cataloguing
  • of all data
  • Sourcing relevant targeted names for addition to the database
  • Weekly reporting on detailed performance of department, as measured by
  • call rates, quantities collected and quality of data


Required skills and competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in directly managing a team of 5+ individuals
  • in a sales / call center environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a true team-player
  • Excellent communicator, verbal and written
  • Creative problem-solver, effective decision maker
  • Outstanding organisational, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Detail focused and analytically inclined
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
