We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team within our Montreal office.
The ideal candidate will work proactively in:
- Planning, developing and implementing all aspects of marketing activities,
- i.e., marketing communications, marketing planning, sales materials, research, press releases, promotions, internal/external communications, creative briefs, website content and development, email marketing, direct mail, company blog, employee and client surveys, trade shows, client events, and advertising for launches of new products and services
- Taking all measures necessary toward the achievement of the company's
- revenue and operating goals
- Monitoring competitive trends, identify and target emerging new markets,
- initiate and implement marketing strategies, which capitalize on marketplace opportunities
- Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Monitoring adherence to marketing and sales policies and procedures
- Developing creative copywriting; producing innovative, fresh
- and error free materials
- Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget
- Evaluating the impact and ROI of marketing channels and trade investment
- behind product initiatives
- Marketing analytics and reporting
Required skills and competencies:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field,
- and a minimum of three to five years' experience required
- Creative writing skills, superior Internet marketing technical expertise
- and strong traditional marketing experience
- A background in service sales and marketing environment is a plus
