We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our team within our Buffalo office.

 

The ideal candidate will work proactively in:

  • Answering calls, determine nature of business and directing callers
  • to appropriate personnel
  • Generating new business opportunities through cold calling
  • Identifying qualified, prospective clients and develop loyal customer
  • relationships via telephone within an assigned market
  • Clearly uncover the customer’s business needs while accurately testing
  • specific solutions through consultative selling techniques
  • Internet research, prospecting, probing, lead generation,
  • cold calling and closing
  • Consistently being able to persuade the customer into a "positive" buying
  • commitment in addition to possessing the necessary "closing" skills
  • Clearly uncover the customer's individual needs while accurately testing
  • specific solutions for a strong match
  • Effectively contact senior-level decision makers from VPs to C-level executives


Required skills and competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communications
  • 2-years minimum of consultative inside sales experience
  • Desire to work and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to function independently in a team environment
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ambitious and committed towards achieving success
  • Possess a high level of intrinsic motivation
