We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our team within our Buffalo office.
The ideal candidate will work proactively in:
- Answering calls, determine nature of business and directing callers
- to appropriate personnel
- Generating new business opportunities through cold calling
- Identifying qualified, prospective clients and develop loyal customer
- relationships via telephone within an assigned market
- Clearly uncover the customer’s business needs while accurately testing
- specific solutions through consultative selling techniques
- Internet research, prospecting, probing, lead generation,
- cold calling and closing
- Consistently being able to persuade the customer into a "positive" buying
- commitment in addition to possessing the necessary "closing" skills
- Clearly uncover the customer's individual needs while accurately testing
- specific solutions for a strong match
- Effectively contact senior-level decision makers from VPs to C-level executives
Required skills and competencies:
- Excellent verbal communications
- 2-years minimum of consultative inside sales experience
- Desire to work and exceed sales targets
- Ability to function independently in a team environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ambitious and committed towards achieving success
- Possess a high level of intrinsic motivation
