We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our team within our Toronto office.

 

The ideal candidate will work proactively in:

  • Answering calls, determine nature of business and directing callers
  • to appropriate personnel
  • Greeting visitors who arrive at the office
  • Typing memos and letters
  • Opening and distributing mail
  • Scheduling and booking resource rooms available for meetings
  • Supporting other staff with various administrative duties


Required skills and competencies:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years related work experience using a busy switchboard
  • High school diploma required; College/University Diploma/Degree preferred. 
  • Proven professional and effective customer relations skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Administrative experience/skills
  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task
  • Exceptional MS Office skills - Excel/Word/Outlook
  • Typing 40wpm
