We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our team within our Toronto office.
The ideal candidate will work proactively in:
- Answering calls, determine nature of business and directing callers
- to appropriate personnel
- Greeting visitors who arrive at the office
- Typing memos and letters
- Opening and distributing mail
- Scheduling and booking resource rooms available for meetings
- Supporting other staff with various administrative duties
Required skills and competencies:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years related work experience using a busy switchboard
- High school diploma required; College/University Diploma/Degree preferred.
- Proven professional and effective customer relations skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Administrative experience/skills
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task
- Exceptional MS Office skills - Excel/Word/Outlook
- Typing 40wpm
